On-site preventative maintenance contracts utilizing full SLA agreements

By contracting our engineers to attend your site on a regularized basis we are able to ensure that your systems run smoothly and reliably.
These on-site contracts are ideal for companies with server based systems with 10 or more pc’s negating the need for an iT technician to be employed by the customer.

Many customers opt for either half a day or one full day per month and these are operated at our clients sites ranging in size from 10 to 120 users.

Extra benefits to the customer include automatic inclusion of the monthly remote support contract at no extra charge and no time deducted for travel by our engineers – on site time means exactly that!

Block time

Companies and professional practices retain the services of Tomorrows Office under SLA terms by purchasing block time in advance. This allows the customer to call off engineering time at times when they are most needed ensuring that the policies undertaken by Tomorrows Office are adhered to under the SLA agreement.

Examples of this include companies with their own IT departments that require a higher level of technical support that can be provided on an on-call basis when the situation requires it such as mission critical occasions, disaster recovery planning and holiday cover.

On site and bench work time

With our engineering workshop undertaking walk in and contract work at our head office in Farsley, rates start as little as £35 per hour for repair work on any type of computer or peripheral.

Data recovery

In house lab work involving data recovery utilizing the very best American hardware and software available on the market starts at £50 per hour after a free diagnosis

Engineering call-outs

For customers without contracts with Tomorrows Office, we operate a team of engineers that attend customers sites on a call out basis at £50 per hour where repairs and support are undertaken at the clients premises on a call- off basis.

Re-active insured maintenance.

Common in the 90’s, this form of maintenance is risk based cover where we underwrite the costs of repairs. Popular with the customer who wishes to budget, yet have peace of mind for their IT support.

Tomorrows Office will ensure that the cost of all repairs and support to an iT system are met by ourselves, with the exclusion of accidental or malicious damage.

Typical example would be a modern small server network of 5 computers and server would cost £595 per year to insured maintenance.
